Food Safety

The Safe Quality Food program (SQF) is a food safety management system with rigorous standards based on scientific principle that are consistently applied across all food service industry sectors. The Safe Quality Food program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is the only food safety program that integrates a quality component as well as strict food safety guidelines. Through the Food Marketing Institute, SQF standards are continually reviewed and updated based on industry feedback.
