Q: My restaurant offers certain products that are not carried by most vendors in the area, can you help?
A: Yes, we have been able to provide products from all over the country, quickly, for very diverse menus. Visit our Products section, if you don't see something you need, or packaged in the way that you need it, send us an email and we will make special arrangements with you.
Q: Do you only service restaurants?
A: We have many customers beside restaurants, including hotels, food service companies, caterers and clubs.
Q: What about products other than fruits and vegetables?
A: Our line of products includes dairy products, cheese, frozen foods including frozen desserts and unique pantry items.
Q: What are your terms?
A: Because we are locally owned and operated, decisions are made in our office, not across the country. Each customer is evaluated individually according to our credit application and we work with you to help you operate effectively.
Q: How can I place after hours orders for the next day?
A: If you are a customer, you can call and place an order, we will confirm before delivery. Next day orders for local accounts should be received by 10:00 p.m. National accounts and out-of-town orders should be received by 5:00 p.m.
Q: What are your delivery days?
A: Cities within Major Market (link to distribution area map) area receive deliveries six days per week. Areas within the Secondary Market (link to distribution area map) receive deliveries three to six days per week depending on volume.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: $150

A: OleTyme Produce uses a variety of local farmers to provide local and sustainably grown produce.
