I guess you noticed I didn't ask where the time clock was. Well, if you notice we don't have one. (Laughing) But, you know, I really enjoyed doing this. And you can't make a basket with any kind of a band except one piece at a time. In fact, you don't want to make them ahead of time too much.

This a business I've been doing since I was about ten years old. In them days, I guess you could say that my dad wasn't doing real well health wise, and he died at a young age. And it was just kind of the thing that old time italian people did was put the kids to work. Because there was no money and there was no too much of anything. Except produce because that was the only thing we knew.
