The Customer Experience

On-Time Delivery

We hold a long-standing reputation of executing timely, accurate deliveries of the highest quality product, with deliveries throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro and outlying areas up to six days a week.

Our Customer Service and Account Specialists will assist customers with any special delivery instructions and establish delivery windows. Any product that falls short of exceeding expectations or determined to be of unfit quality at delivery will be immediately credited to the customer or replaced as quickly as possible.

Electronic Log Data (ELD) mounted in the dash of all delivery trucks allows up-to-the-minute tracking of orders so customers can stay updated and informed about where their order is and when it will arrive at their location.

A Community Conference Room

Ole Tyme Produce is happy to offer our customers access to our conference and training center, equipped with a full kitchen and seating for up to 30 guests. Use of this facility can be scheduled through our Customer Service Department.
