Tom Lange was established in 1960. We've evolved into a distributor that handles all lines of produce. We have added several different elements to the business over the years Seven Seas, which is our production; so growing, packing, shipping, importing, exporting operations. And then Lange Logistics, our three PL and transportation business.

So I think one of the best kept secrets about not only Lange logistics but the Tom Lange company because we've been around so long, we've developed a carrier base that would rival most in the industry. And that's how we really entered into the, you know, logistics and truck brokering and things of that nature. We've been contracting produce loads with carriers for years.

So at one point back in the day, we decided to leverage that carrier base and diversify it out to all types of industries. If you look in the produce industry, we have one of the highest ratings for good trading practices. So that culture is very important to us and to maintain that is is imperative that same culture makes its way over into Lange Logistics and that's the expectation.

We provide over-the-road services, LTL and truckload. We also provide intermodal services and we probably pride ourselves the most in, in our people. Our folks are passionate about transportation and logistics and supply chain. Our account managers are accessible. They're ready, they're able, and they're passionate about what they do. And that's not only with our shippers, but that's with our carriers, getting that carrier the right information.

We have been involved in the supply chain from production all the way through distribution. And it allows us to, I think, gauge that supply chain, understand how it works and where some of the bottleneck points are, whether it's understanding how to limit the amount of pickups, expedite the the delivery process, whether it's looking for ways to control cost at production at Seven Seas or just operate more efficiently at Tom Lange company and meet those customer needs.
