Biometric access is one of the things that we use to allow employees, visitors, guests in the building. So we're able to monitor at any time people that are in the building, the doors they have access to helps us reduce people getting access to equipment and produce and product that they shouldn't be around.

We do a warehouse check each and every day to make sure glass in the building isn't broken. Any brittle plastics aren't broken. Things are tamping out the way they're supposed to be, checking proper labeling. Our reefer units, we keep monitoring 24/7.

We have about 27 units. And throughout the building that we monitor on a regular basis every day, they keep real time access to temperature controls. And within that temperature control, we get alerts. So we know our temperatures are perfect at all times.

When the trucks come here and we offload them, it's coming from a refrigerated truck to a refrigerated staging area, to the cooler. Then when they pick it, it's coming back to the refrigerated staging area and going on a refrigerated truck. So the cold chain is never broken.

From the time it comes in the door. It's got a label on it telling us where it came from, what field it was grown with the day it came in. Up until the time it came in.

When the parcel people are doing the passing through the customers, we use brand new boxes. We'll have a corner picker, pull it, bring it up for a supervisor to come up and just make sure everything looks pristine.
