Butter, Cheese, and Eggs

Ole Tyme Produce features a line of butter and Wisconsin cheeses. Butter products include blocks, 36/1# cases, and individual portions. Butter is stored frozen to maintain freshness, and can be kept frozen or thawed upon delivery. European (high fat, purified) butters are also available. Margarine is stocked for all non-butter baking.

All shell egg products are USDA AA shielded eggs. Each case carton prominently carries the USDA insignia, ensuring customers that the eggs have been handled with the highest food safety handling guidelines. Eggs are stored in a very cold 34 degree cooler, away from all other products to avoid cross contamination. Carton, loose, and hard-boiled are also available.

Local Goat Cheeses is purchased from Baetje Farms. Stocked items include: Plain, Dark Chocolate Raspberry Goat Cheese, Garlic and Chives, Beer Washed Valle, Three Pepper, and Herb de Provence. Imported cheese is stocked based on individual customer movement, but can generally be available by special order with a 2 to 4-day notice.
