Ole Tyme purchases processed fresh fruits and vegetables from both national and regional companies. Ole Tyme carries products from California premiere processors such as Taylor Farms and Grimmway Farms. Harvest Selections is our local processor with extensive capabilities. Harvest Selections is SQF Level 2 certified and manufacturers all products to order with 6 day a week delivery. Ole Tyme features along with commonly stocked fruits and vegetables, special blend stir-fry mixes, julienne peppers and carrots, and spiralized and noodle vegetables generally with 2-day notice.

Products purchased from Grimmway or Taylor or other national producers are commonly available next day as inventory allows. Below is a list of processed fruits and vegetables and the general lead-time required. From time to time, stocked items may be out-of-stock, due to unusual demand, as inventories are carefully monitored to maintain freshness.

Cut-up items that are not on the generally-stocked list are considered Special Order. Special Order Cut-ups require 48-hours’ lead time and need to be placed before 4pm two days prior to the desired delivery day.
