Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

UPDATE: Brussels sprout supplies are beginning to tighten. Mexico has experienced a stretch of erratic weather—including rain, hail, and strong winds—culminating with Hurricane Erick. These conditions have resulted in quality challenges and reduced yields.

With limited availability out of Mexico, demand has shifted to Oxnard. However, Oxnard was already experiencing light supplies and is struggling to meet the increased demand. Production out of Salinas is not expected to begin until late July.

What to Expect:

Supply will remain tight for the next 4–6 weeks.
Shippers will be closely managing volume to navigate the shortage.
Additional picks may be necessary to stay covered.
