Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Market prices have reached their seasonal peak, but increasing supply levels are beginning to ease some of the pressure. Bill Downs are currently being reviewed for Open Market orders that were loaded earlier this week.

Despite this, quality challenges are expected to persist throughout the remainder of the season. Overall product quality ranges from fair to good, with common issues including pin rot, yellowing or browning beads, and excessively branchy structures.

Additionally, Diamondback moth larvae/pupa and aphids continue to pose significant challenges for growers and are expected to remain a concern through season’s end.
