Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Broccoli supplies have tightened modestly as recent heat across key growing regions has reduced yields and created additional field challenges. Suppliers are reporting increased heat-related defects, including pin rot, yellowing, and uneven crown development, which are limiting pack-out percentages and impacting overall quality. As a result, the broccoli market is trending slightly higher heading into the Easter weekend.
