Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Strawberry production in the Santa Maria region has seen a sharp decline. Additionally, Salinas and Watsonville have been dealing with colder-than-normal temperatures and a persistent marine layer over the past several weeks. These conditions have significantly reduced yields this week.

Many shippers are now sold out through the weekend, with some unconfirmed orders being pushed into Monday.

Key Points:

Colder temps and heavy marine layer are leading to low yields.
Product availability will be very limited heading into the weekend.
Please submit program orders as early as possible to help secure coverage.
