Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Due to recent rain and cooler weather:

Strawberry production will be disrupted through next week.
Markets are already tight and expected to remain short through October, possibly into November.
Prices will increase next week due to limited supply.
Shippers are prioritizing contracts and program orders, leaving minimal fruit for open market sales.
Expect reduced fill rates and pushed orders throughout the week.
With fall/winter weather approaching, it’s recommended to review and submit numbers for November-start contracts in the CMS portal to ensure better coverage.
